The big-hearted Hairy Bikers return with a cookbook packed with simple and delicious recipes that use just one pot and are perfect for sharing

Gloriously tasty recipes include:

RED ONION AND BEETROOT TARTE TATIN, a rich, sweet blend of flavours on a lovely buttery base

VEGGIE CHILLI WITH CORNMEAL DUMPLINGS, nutritious, tasty and perfect for hungry hordes

FULL ENGLISH SHAKSHUKA, an epic one-pot Middle Eastern take on the classic English breakfast

BOOZY SYLLABUB TRIFLE, the ultimate posh-looking pudding without any of the fuss

I love the Hairy Bikers, their food is always really tasty without loads of weird and hard-to-find ingredient lists, and the recipes always work. I was excited to receive this after having it on pre-order and I immediately tried the Macaroni cheese. Got to admit I was skeptical but then I saw this soup floating around in the pan on the hob but trust those blokes with 'taches, they know their stuff and 20 minutes later we had a tasty Macaroni cheese on the table that even my picky family declared 'delicious'. And the washing up consisted of just 4 plates, 4 forks, the pan and the stirring spoon. Win-Win in my book! Trying more recipes tonight, but I'm pretty sure the Hairy Heroes have pulled off another blinder in the Recipe-Books-You-Never-Get-Rid-Of-And-Always-Come-Back-To Department. Nice one lads! If you love cooking and love dishes where you can follow along quite easily, they taste great and always have clean plates, this is the book for you
