What do we do when the world as we know it ends? What will we do to survive? Only we can decide the answers to those questions. Now, fast forward 237 years into the future. Earth is no longer livable, and only seven space stations hold the keys to our future. Each station has its own special reasons, and each has a certain group that will be able to travel to any new planets they find and begin life anew. The stations consist of the farmers, the engineers, the scientists, the breeders, the doctors, the military, and the alphas, or also known as the future leaders. Mackenzie was lucky enough to be born on the military station and is quickly following in her father’s footsteps to becoming a leader of her very own squad, a squad that would someday be sent down to a whole new world. They were the future. As their future soon becomes reality Mackenzie and her team are tested to their limits. She has to fight her emotions and do what’s best for everyone, but will it be enough? Will it keep them all alive when they finally reach the ground? And when a red devil threatens what’s between Cash and her, will Kenzie lose him? On this lost planet, anything can happen. Things aren’t always what they seem. One second Mac finds herself with friends and the next she’s being chased down by enemies. Will she be able to survive, or will she have to make the ultimate sacrifice in order to ensure her team’s future?

Fox’s whole life has been turned upside down, and all because of one tiny human girl and her team. He finds himself willing to do anything for her, even if it’s the last thing he wants to do. When one of her teammates needs help, Fox has no choice but to leave her behind, but saving Grey ends up being more than either Fox or Riker bargained for. Fox quickly finds himself under attack by his own people. It ends up being him and Cash against them all. Barely surviving they somehow manage to escape, but now they have an even bigger issue to deal with. Mackenzie has been taken. But the question is who took her and why. They get their answer when they return to the spot where Fox had left her last. The Gealtach, the most feared beings on the planet, were after her. But she wasn’t being chased by just any Gealtach. She was being tracked by hunters. Now, both Cash and Fox have hard decisions to make, but will they make the correct ones? Will they be able to save the girl that they both love? Or will they choose the wrong path and lose her forever.

This is a new author for me but what an introduction, I hope that the rest of the books are just as good as this.I picked this up this morning and have just finished it, what an absolute blinding read. We have everything in this book I feel like I’ve stepped into a Star Trek or Star wars episode, Mac is either one very lucky girl or extremely unlucky lady, if its going to happen it will happen to her. I loved every character introduced into this book and there were many too many it was hard to keep up at times. This is a wonderful read. I don’t want to say to much about the plot because I really feel you need to go in blind in all honesty me commenting on any of the plot will ruin it, I loved it so much I have books 2,3, and 4 already. I loved FOX, and Maddox and Max, but what let it down from a 5 star read to a 4 was Mac herself at times I thought she was fickle, selfish and unbelievably immature for someone who is supposed to be a commander, and what was with every male that come in contact with her wanted her. Is she a rare find ??, also it could do with a bit of sexy time. I feel like it could have done with just a bit, but that’s my opinion, it didn’t detract from the book at all but it was extremely long and need something extra to make it that more wow. other than that I highly recommend it. I WAS GIVEN THIS BOOK FROM BOOKSPROUT FOR MY HONEST AND CLEAR OPINION.

EDEN ONE A NEW WORLD

EPIC

The characters have been well written and it’s just one hit after another there isn’t one of them who isn’t interesting. The world building is magnificent. The author literally drags you in by the scruff of your neck and does not let go until the end, I am completely hooked from almost the first page of book 1 and I am still here which for me is unheard off, that is how addicting this story line is. This time there are only a couple of typos. It does end with a To Be Continued. None of these books are short novella’s they are full on epic reads and just get better and better and I am so glad that they are all available as I hate cliffhangers and would have avoided this one at all costs. It has love, loss, betrayal, family, more challenges and keeps you guessing what is going to happen next. I am loving these books very much.

EDEN ONE TORN IN TWO

SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD

I have finished book 3 on to book 4. !!! I have been on one hell of an epic journey with these three books so far, what a frigging read, we have everything, My reviews on the first 3 books have been rather short but that’s because I have immediately wanted to read the next one, I literally haven’t done anything since picking up these books from Booksprout, I dilly and dallied about them in the first place not sure if I could actually get my reviews out on time. On time ahead of schedule is more like it. This is the book 3 in the series. Just like the first two books, I haven’t been able to put them down, I’ve tried believe me I have tried and simply sat back down and carried on reading, I am so thankful it’s the six weeks holidays here in England. I pulled an all night reading book 3 until I couldn’t hold my eyes open any longer. The characters are well written and interesting. There are so many of them but some how they all fit and revolve around one woman who has literally been to hell and back. The world building has been outstanding, I have also loved the way the author has told the story in two parts one from Mcakenzie’s point and then from the male that is most relevant to the story at that time. I have been hooked from the first pages of book 1 and I am still here about to start book 4 , book 3 did not let go of the pace and has the same fabulously engrossing story line. Again it finishes on a Cliffy and it’s a long book so if you do decide to pick these books up be advised each one is a novel by its self. It has love, loss, betrayal, family, more challenges and always keeps you guessing what is going to happen next. It is violent in places and our heroine is put through some difficult times, abuse and no consent do not let that put you off from getting this book its a small fraction of an incredible story. I enjoyed this book very much.

The ending let this book down

How to do this series of books credit I have no clue so I will go with my heart, Yet I am also a bit disappointed in the way it ended, I won’t give anything away with spoilers because I hate them my self my advice just pick up book 1 and go with it I promise you will not regret it. If you haven’t read this incredible 4 book series you are seriously missing out on one hell of a read. I am finally at the end of an incredible journey of pain, loss betrayals, torture love acceptance and unbelievable bravery with a cast that felt like thousands and each one wonderful in their own way. I have never read anything by this author before but they have blown me away with the depth and feeling this story ignited in me. I have literally read these in 3 days life as I have known it ceased to exist. I wanted to no I NEEDED TO KNOW what came next, who else was Mackenzie going to love or lose. So many characters that you just fell in love with. What would you do if the world as we you knew ended it ? What would you do to survive? Take your ideas of science fiction and throw it out the window this was like stepping into a film like Star Wars Star Trek, The X men all rolled into one. The imagination the depth of each character portrayed was incredible. All hell breaks lose in Commander Mackenzie’s life in book 1 and we are taken on incredible journey through the series of books, each one more gripping than the other, with ‘Kenzie’ though at times I could have smacked her, I grew to admire and dare I say love her, what ever magic she weaved brought grown men to their knees, at times I hated her, I hated the fact that she dilly dallied when she should have been strong or she made stupid decisions that put others at risk, but at the same time I cheered from my armchair when she pulled up her big girl pants and kicked some serious ass. We have a host of characters from Fox, Cash, Dax my beloved DAX, Leaf and Storm, Max, Maddox, and the awful disgusting bad guy Aden, I can actually visualize these boks in a TV SERIES, I would watch it that’s for damn sure. Highly recommended read now the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 like I have given the previous 3 books, as that horrid ending, now whether the author has left it like that because they could be another book in the works I have no idea, but that ending seriously sucked. Which after the marathon session of reading all 4 books was not good. So please author if there is going to be another tale can you let us know.
