SYNOPSIS

After a lifetime of taking care of everyone around him, Lout prepares to take on even more responsibility. A chance meeting at a friend’s house introduces him to a beautiful woman he can’t get off his mind. He wants her, but can she handle all the problems and responsibilities that come with being a part of his life? Experience has shown Willow that there are very few people who will stick around for the long haul. The only ones that she can rely on are her family, and even a few of those have gone away forever. When she meets Lout, she sees a side of him that no one has noticed before. She sees a man who never had many reasons to laugh, had a horrible childhood and the responsibility of raising his siblings. Willow wants to be the reason he smiles. Forever. Circumstances force Lout and Willow to lean on each other and become a team quicker than either of them imagined it would happen. Life is an adventure, but will they make it through together?

LOUT: Texas Kings MC, Book 5

A FIVE STAR READ ALL THE WAY. Cocoa and Vanilla a perfect combination

Again I am giving a book a 5 star read when it has the same problems as books 1-4 wrong names, spelling mistakes, why ? I hear you ask because I BLOODY LOVE THESE BOOKS. I want to be adopted married or even friends of these incredible people, yes its all sunshine and roses and it makes me smile and that’s why I give it 5 stars, when I literally finish the last page and immediately go back to read it again it has gained the 5 stars, when I have gone on to re-read the entire series from 1-5 before I read the next its getting 5 stars, I have just realised today that there are two prior books to this series which explains some of the characters mentioned and I didn’t realise.

This book gives us LOUT and Willow . They are both in previous books Willow is the Younger sister of Summer ( Bird’s Wife Book 3 ) and daughter of Shannon (Sour Patch ) Book 4, on paper they shouldn’t match, Lout he is a 6 ft 5 built like a brick shit house wall black man living in the bible belt county of America a gay brother living with a man, who we also met in book 2 Marcus and Reagan, Marcus is the clubs lawyer and Reagan is the best friend and partner in work of Brenda who is with Sonny book 2. I will carry on, Willow is a in your face doesn’t give a shit, tiny fully tattooed shaved sides, hair curls on top tipped with pink firecracker, I LOVED THEM BOTH, opposites attract and all, boy do they attract.   I LOVE LOVE this series Its not very often that I get into a series and like all the books, not only like them but devour them. In this case that’s just not the truth its fact as soon as I finish one I go right back to book 1 to start again. Cee Bowerman has given us a wonderful background of family and friends and in each story some if not all are still part of the story which is so refreshing, after all its nice to see your favourites not just mentioned but actively part of the story, The tale has it all, we have the wicked sister and boy is she wicked I wanted to get inside the book my self and slap her stupid. Emerald god bless her broke my heart. For me Emerald’s part in the book broke my heart and I actually shed tears, Lout and Vanilla are the perfect mix. I have given this one a 5 star rating and some may disagree, because it has the same mistakes, wrong names spellings, but I have overlooked it yet again because the story gave me so much joy reading it, that took precedent over a few silly mistakes. This is in some ways a heart breaking story line. There are some real laugh out moments in it as well so the good balances the few bad. Its not a dark read at all, its light its funny it has incredible characters and I want more. Read it you must, I for one will be re-reading them all in time for the release of Martha’s and Smokey’s book in December. Heaven knows what I am going to do when she has finished with the series.
