The basic timeline is essentially the same as Pride and Prejudice, but the characters populating the pages now include Darcy’s bisexual cousin Hugh, his dominant Aunt Catherine/Mistress Cat, his “little” cousin Anne, his submissive sister Georgiana, kinky defiler-of-virgins George Wickham, lesbian switch Caroline Bingley, and militiamen who see more action in their bunks than out. This erotic Regency romance includes MF relationships, MFM ménage sexual congress, and BDSM activities and is written for adults only.

I will never be able to see MR DARCY in the same light again.
What a fabulous book, my two favorite books of all time are Pride and Prejudiced and Wuthering Heights. Both equally divine reading. I have dog eared copies of both, As I am a blogger, I though it was time I stepped into the historical romance section and asked on my Facebook page for some suggestions, there was as you can imagine quite a few. As I am a huge fan of Jane Austen, and the Bronte Sisters as well as my love for erotic fiction , I was slightly intrigued when some one mentioned this book, (one because MR DARCY is well Mr Darcy). by the concept of this book, but also a bit wary. I have no problem with erotica in any form but as this is one of beloved books I wasn’t quite sure that it should be tarnished in such a manner.
My reservations became more increased as I read the first few pages, but then, WOW, the story improved and kept my interest until the end. The story is told entirely from Mr Darcy’s point of view which I thoroughly enjoyed. Nia Farrell who is a new author to me has done one hell of job of showing Mr. Darcy as a Dom with a serious hard-on (quite literally) for Miss Elizabeth Bennett who is Submissive. The joining of the original words with up to date D/S terms was quite well done. I must say.
I also loved the way that Nia made Lady Catherine de Bourgh a Domme, which if you have read the books and seen the films you can see her been exactly like that. Gentleman clubs been known hangouts where any thing goes, I do believe were and still available I would recommend this book to those who love Regency era literature, but I also think if you wish to preserve the purity of Jane Austen then avoid this book, because it will offend you. I personally loved it, and also give me a taste to read the original again and watch the TV series which I prefer over the film, Colin Firth as Mr Darcy has for me given it a whole new edge. Why only 4 stars, and not the full 5, because I have a few niggles about the book one in particular, is the complete turn around from Miss Elizabeth Bennett who was until this point in the book forthright and honest with her dealings.Literally fell across his lap untied her draws so he could spank her arse. Not one word of what the hell are you doing Mr Darcy HOW DARE YOU TOUCH MY PERSON LIKE THAT, IT WAS JUST, and then it was one mad dash to the alter.If not for that It might have got its full 5 star rating.
